Our dinners are arranged in a selection of good quality restaurants, with something to suit everyone’s taste. Where possible seating is at a round table for six people and it is therefore easy for all six diners to converse with each other. The restaurants selected are carefully chosen for their ambience and atmosphere, as well as their excellent food and surroundings, enabling you to experience new and interesting places.

We take the time and trouble to interview all our members in order to get to know them as individuals and also to understand their likes and dislikes.

A Table for Six host welcomes guests at the start of the evening and introduces the diners. At the same time we give you a complimentary glass of wine to enjoy whilst getting to know each other. Only first names are used and no personal details are given by the host.

Table for Six is not matching on a one to one basis, there are no awkward moments and no wondering what will happen at the end of the evening. You have an ideal opportunity to forge new friendships, widen your social circle, and maybe meet the perfect partner.

Should you wish to have further contact with any other diners and are not comfortable exchanging telephone numbers during dinner, we will happily make the approach on your behalf, after the event. However, no telephone numbers will be given out without your approval. Alternatively, if you particularly enjoyed another diners company, you may choose to meet them again at another meal.

We have arranged with the restaurants for diners to be billed individually, allowing you to order what you like, then sit back and enjoy the evening, knowing exactly what the meal will cost.
